Target Participants:	OSS Trainers, Practitioners and experts from national organizations and academia from 16 asian countries: Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam

II. Objective

• To Develop training material in the areas of OSS application and deployment
• To establish networks with OSS community from IT industry in Asia (to increase industry and OSS community participation)
• To introduce Japanese IT developments to Asia and improve participation of IT professionals working for Japanese firms or involved in Japanese cooperation projects in Asia
