The Center of the International Cooperation for Computerization (CICC) is a non-profit organization founded in June 1983 under the auspices of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of the Japanese government, with substantial support from many other organizations and companies. CICC is an unique organization with a specialized mission: to give wide-ranging support to Information Technologies in partner countries.
CICC Singapore was a regional office mainly for South east and South Asia. CICC has been supporting most of the Asian countries for IT development and has close contacts with various IT organization such as ICT ministry, ICT industry associations and research institutes in each country. CICC also encourages the network among the ICT people through various projects in the region.
