In this workshop, we have introduced a framework for building rich AJAX-enabled web application using Web 2.0 technology by building a blog site where users can post, read, edit, delete, and make comments on blog postings on the site.

We went through the steps required to install and configure Symfony, then create a simple web application to test it, and finally create a blog site which is rich with interactive AJAX-enabled features.
