The following strategies outline the Government's approach to managing a particular area, and the future direction for work conducted in that area.
In January 2004, the Government agreed intellectual property (IP) produced from research performed for the Public Service should be used for the greatest national benefit. Ministers approved guidelines for use when the Public Service negotiates research contracts.
